Known for his “can do” attitude, Dennis sets the tone for his crew to successfully finish even the most challenging projects. Raised in the construction domain (including many years at Norm’s) Dennis has acquired the experience and respect to provide direct leadership and oversight of construction projects.

ESTIMATING, PROCUREMENT & LOGISTICS – Ryder Irvine
Ryder brings to Norm’s his experience in estimating and project management on both underground utility and asphalt paving projects. His experience with field operations and bidding allows him to provide competitive bids on various scopes of work. Ryder also acts as purchasing agent, and is responsible for acquiring all materials used on the project.

Jenifer has worked in the heavy construction industry since 1989 in all phases of accounting and contract administration. Her propensity for detail contributes to her abilities in managing internal operations, particularly as it relates to Contract Administration and billing.
